Ingredients
Lamb meat (country of origin: Iceland), salt, antioxidant (E301), preservative (E250).
Icelandic birch is used as the smoking wood.
The meat is smoked in the traditional old-fashioned way, giving it a unique flavor.
The master butchers at SS ensure the meat comes out of the smoke ovens perfectly tender, juicy, and mild in taste.
