Hot Dog Remoulade (Remúlaði)

The classic Icelandic hot dog remoulade — creamy, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor. This is the same remúlaði used on hot dogs all over Iceland, and one of the essential toppings for SS pylsur. Perfect together with mustard, Vals ketchup and crispy fried onions.
