Lysi's Health Duet is an important daily dietary supplement.
Each daily dose consists of one multivitamin capsule and one 1000 mg fish oil capsule containing a high amount of the essential omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA.
Omega-3 fatty acids are categorized as essential fatty acids as the body cannot make them by itself. They are especially important for those who do not eat sufficient amount of fatty fish.
Ingredients:
Omega-3 fish oil capsule: Fish oil, gelatine, glycerine (E422) and vitamin E.
Multivitamin capsule: Vitamins, minerals, soybean oil, gelatine (bovine), binder (E420, E422), vegetable fat, beeswax, soyalecithin, colour (E171, E172).
